Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a range of treatments to a consistent 5-star standard.
- Follow treatment protocols and uphold wellbeing principles.
- Support spa operations and front-of-house during treatment downtime.
- Participate in workshops and guest-facing activities.
- Maintain Health & Safety standards and compliance.
- Ensure treatment rooms meet hygiene and presentation standards.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with the wider spa team.
