Up to £35,000 per annum plus performance bonus, commission and fantastic benefits. 40 hours per week across 5 days (Monday to Friday with flexibility for events). Based onsite – BA7. Due to the location of the Estate a driving licence is recommended for this role.

This is an exciting new opportunity to play a pivotal role in the launch of our Yarlington Residences, a unique collection of luxury residences set within the Newt in Somerset estate. As Sales Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of driving revenue and occupancy, managing enquiries from first contact through to confirmation, and building long‑term relationships with a discerning, high‑net‑worth clientele. This is a consultative, relationship‑led role where storytelling, commercial acumen and exceptional service come together.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all enquiries from initial contact through costing, contracting and confirmation.
- Drive occupancy and revenue across the full calendar year.
- Identify and develop new business across leisure, corporate and MICE markets.
- Build and nurture relationships with HNW individuals, private offices, PAs and luxury travel advisors.
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned to revenue targets.
- Lead discovery‑led sales conversations to truly understand client needs.
- Negotiate commercial terms while protecting margin and value.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline management and sales reporting.
