As Creamery Team Leader, you’ll be at the heart of delivering exceptional guest experiences in our beautifully designed restaurant and café space. Leading from the front, you’ll inspire and support the front‑of‑house team while ensuring every service runs seamlessly. From welcoming guests to maintaining outstanding standards across the restaurant, you’ll play a key role in creating memorable moments that reflect the warmth, quality and charm of The Newt in Somerset. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support the front‑of‑house team during daily service
