8 hours per week, across Saturday or Sunday. Opportunity for more hours may arise on an ad-hoc basis. Normal hours: 9-5:30, flexibility required for evenings and events. Up to £12.48 per hour plus tronc and fantastic benefits. Due to the location of the Estate a driving license is recommended for this role.
What we’re looking for:
As a Kitchen Porter in our Garden Café, you will play a vital role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly. You’ll support our chefs and front of house teams by maintaining immaculate standards of cleanliness and organisation, helping to ensure every guest enjoys an outstanding experience in a beautifully run kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation across all kitchen areas
- Wash kitchen equipment, crockery and cutlery
- Follow company hygiene, cleanliness and training policies at all times
- Work effectively alongside chefs and front of house teams
- Complete daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules
- Assist with deliveries when required
- Support with basic food preparation when needed
