Junior Sous Chef at The Botanical Rooms - Up to 12 months maternity cover. ÂŁ36,246 per annum plus tronc and fantastic benefits. Due to the location of the Estate, your own transport is required. Temporary staff accommodation available.
Supporting our Sous and Head Chefs, our Junior Sous inspires and leads our junior team members to ensure a smooth service.
Your key focuses will be on cooking, health and safety, orders and procedures - all designed to work together to help run an efficient kitchen. You will be confident, self‑motivated and keen to lead from the front and showcase your passion for hospitality. Due to the high standards of the restaurant, and the responsibility for a growing team we ask that all applicants have experience in a similar restaurant.
