£37,500 per annum plus performance bonus and benefits. 40 hours per week across 5 days. Based onsite – BA7. Driving licence recommended due to location of estate. Advert closes Friday 12 June 2026.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparing monthly financial reports
  • Analyse financial data to identify trends, variances and opportunities for improvement
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Monitor operational performance against financial targets
  • Maintain and update financial models and spreadsheets
  • Support improvements to hospitality systems and financial data requirements
  • Partner with teams across the business to improve financial processes and knowledge
  • Provide insight and recommendations on sales performance, margins and commercial initiatives

What we’re looking for
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related field
  • Part-qualified accountant, such as ACA, ACCA or CIMA, or equivalent experience
  • Strong analytical thinking and excellent attention to detail
  • A commercial mindset with curiosity around product profitability
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to influence and constructively challenge stakeholders
  • Proactive approach to improving processes, outcomes and performance
  • Experience in financial modelling, analytical analysis or hospitality environments would be a bonus
