Our Chef De Parties work with state‑of‑the‑art equipment and are among the most passionate and inspirational in the South West. A focus is always on our food – ensuring each dish is as beautiful as the next, with the flavours of each component highlighted to their full potential. Dishes are always fresh and seasonal, using produce from our Estate garden team and trusted local suppliers.
Our CDPs play a crucial role in the kitchen. The day‑to‑day duties of each section will be your responsibility and commis chefs will look to you for guidance and development. Previous experience in high‑end food preparation and a passion for seasonal produce is a must.

Our Staff Accommodation:
Offered on a 3‑month basis to allow our team to settle into the area, our staff accommodation is located a brief drive from our main site and features individual bedrooms built in 2020 with modern en‑suite facilities.
