£28,980 per annum plus tronc and fantastic benefits. 40 hours per week across 5 days (including regular weekends). Based onsite - BA7. Due to the location of the Estate a driving license is recommended for this role.

You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day running of the Cyder Bar, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable experience. From leading a passionate team to maintaining exceptional food and beverage standards, this is a hands‑on leadership role where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily operations of the Cyder Bar, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
  • Deliver consistently high standards of guest experience.
  • Support stock control, cost management and minimise waste.
  • Lead team briefings and set clear direction for service.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, HACCP and health & safety standards.
  • Maintain excellent presentation and organisation of the department.
  • Coach, support and motivate team members.
  • Act as a visible leader on the floor, responding to guest and team needs.
