The Newt in Somerset is opening a new Angel Inn pub in Castle Cary. We seek an Assistant General Manager to lead front-of-house teams, partner with the General Manager in daily operations, and ensure warm hospitality, strong beer quality and smooth guest experiences from day one.
You will help establish procedures, train colleagues and oversee service across food and beverage, with a hands-on leadership approach and a focus on guest satisfaction and commercial performance.
