Up to £12.92 per hour plus tronc and fantastic benefits. Approx 16 hours across 2 days - predominantly weekends. Due to the location of the estate, your own transportation is advised.
Working across our three food and beverage venues, focusing mainly on the Cyder Bar and supporting at Estate events, our baristas play a vital role in ensuring each and every one of our visitors has a memorable day with us. A passion for excellent customer service and a desire to grow your own skills are paramount. Coffee or food and beverage experience is needed; additional training will also be offered.

Working Hours: Please note that this role follows an annualised hours arrangement, where contracted hours are worked flexibly across the year in accordance with business demand. Peak season periods will require increased working hours, balanced by reduced hours during quieter periods.
