Join an innovative and growing team at a 3 Michelin Key hotel, where you will lead from the front and redefine what exceptional guest experience looks like. As Hotel Operations Manager, you will take the helm of day-to-day hotel performance, orchestrating a seamless, refined and memorable guest journey across every department. Across key operational areas of the hotel, with a particular emphasis on delivering exceptional Food & Beverage experiences, you will set the tone for excellence, driving perfect standards, elevating our offering, and ensuring every detail reflects our commitment to craftsmanship, hospitality and seasonality. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where your leadership will shape both the guest experience and the future of the hotel.

Where you will be working
The Hotel Department operates across Hadspen House and the Farmyard as one cohesive and fully integrated offering. Hadspen House, a Grade II listed property, offers 23 bedrooms and is home to The Botanical Rooms restaurant and bar, while the Farmyard, a sensitively reconverted dairy, provides a further 17 bedrooms, a self-serve bar and an additional restaurant. Guests move seamlessly between the two areas via golf buggy, experiencing the estate as a single destination. Front of House, Housekeeping and Spa play an integral role in delivering the overall guest experience, working alongside Food & Beverage to ensure consistency and quality across the Hotel. The guest experience is shaped by the brand pillars of providing a home to relax and food to nourish. Estate-grown produce and the wider estate story are thoughtfully integrated throughout the guest journey, creating a seamless and considered experience.
