Dila on Charlotte Street in Fitzrovia is seeking a Senior Kitchen Porter to join our opening kitchen team. You'll lead on cleanliness, organisation and hygiene across the kitchen, wash-up and back-of-house areas, supporting chefs and the wider brigade from day one.
You'll help manage busy services, coordinate deliveries, maintain schedules and uphold food safety standards, while contributing to our sustainability commitments and a warm hospitality experience for guests in late autumn 2026.
