Dila on Charlotte Street in Fitzrovia is opening late autumn 2026. We are seeking an organised Back of House Manager to own deliveries and lead the back-of-house team. You will coordinate deliveries, ensure accuracy, manage stock rotation, and work with kitchen, bar, restaurant and management to provide seamless support.
Cleanliness and safety standards will be essential. Experience in a busy restaurant or hotel back-of-house and confidence to take ownership of fast-paced delivery and logistics
