Salary: £40,000 - £50,000
Location: Warrington (Hybrid / 3 office days per week)
We are recruiting a Management Accountant to join our Finance team and support our award-winning hospitality brands, including our flagship concept, The Botanist. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and commercially minded finance professional to join a fast-paced, multi-site hospitality business and play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, meaningful insight and continuous process improvement.

Known for our unique environments, exceptional food and drink, and people-first culture, we continue to grow – and we're looking for a talented Management Accountant to help drive financial performance across our estate.
What will you do?
- Take ownership of the monthly profit and loss reporting process for a portfolio of restaurants, ensuring accurate and timely financial information is delivered to key stakeholders across the business.
- Lead the month-end close process, maintaining our current three-business-day reporting timeline while continually seeking opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Work closely with General Managers and the Operations team to provide insight into financial performance, support with resolving queries and help drive best practice across the estate.
- Take full ownership of profit and loss processes, ensuring robust financial controls are maintained while identifying trends, risks and opportunities to support informed decision-making.

What are we looking for?
- Previous experience within a Management Accountant or similar finance role.
- Experience producing monthly management accounts and profit and loss reporting.
- Strong understanding of month-end processes and financial controls.
- Ability to analyse financial performance and provide meaningful commercial insight.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the confidence to challenge and influence at all levels.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong Excel and financial systems experience.
