The New World Trading Company (NWTC) are recruiting a Brand & Marketing Coordinator on a Fixed-Term Contract for up to 6 months. The salary ranges from £26,000 to £30,000, and the location is hybrid/remote (North West preferred).

We are looking for a Brand & Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team and support our award-winning hospitality brands, including our flagship concept, The Botanist. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience across brand management, marketing campaigns, content coordination, and campaign delivery within one of the UK's leading hospitality businesses.

Known for our unique environments, exceptional food and drink, and people-first culture, we're looking for a Brand & Marketing Coordinator to help bring our brands to life and support the delivery of engaging marketing activity across the business.

As Brand & Marketing Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of brand and marketing activity across our portfolio. You'll work closely with our Brand, Food, and Drinks teams, helping to coordinate campaigns, maintain brand standards, support content and asset management, and contribute to projects that directly impact our guests and venues across the UK.

What are we looking for?

We're looking for someone who wants to get stuck into the day-to-day running of a busy hospitality marketing function. You'll help bring campaigns to life, keep our brands looking their best, and support everything from photoshoots and menu launches to competitor research and new venue openings. This role would suit someone currently working as a Marketing Assistant, Brand Assistant, Marketing Executive, Marketing Coordinator, or similar role who is looking to develop their experience within an award-winning hospitality business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brief and coordinate artwork with our creative agencies.
  • Proof and quality-check menus, POS, and campaign assets before they go live.
  • Support photoshoots, campaign launches, content creation, and brand activations.
  • Source merchandise, promotional items, and event materials.
  • Manage our image, video, content, and marketing asset libraries.
  • Maintain menu trackers, proofing documents, and brand resources.
  • Support competitor analysis across food, drink, pricing, promotions, and marketing activity.
  • Work alongside our Brand, Food, and Drinks teams to support new ideas, launches, and innovation projects.
