Office Manager – The Botanist Bournemouth

£15.00 per hour + tronc & benefits

We are on the lookout for an organised, proactive and detail-driven Office Manager to join the team at The Botanist Bournemouth. If you\’re the kind of person who thrives on keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes — we want to hear from you!

What will you do?

As our Office Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our back office. Your role will be crucial in supporting both the management team and front-of-house by keeping everything organised and on track. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing staff rotas to ensure the team is in the right place at the right time
  • Coordinating bookings and maintaining reservation systems
  • Processing invoices and handling day-to-day administrative duties
  • Managing deliveries and stock orders to keep our venue running seamlessly
  • Supporting with payroll submissions and HR admin tasks
  • Being the go-to for any operational queries — keeping communication flowing between departments
  • Ensuring compliance and paperwork are always up to date
  • Taking ownership of general office organisation, keeping everything neat, efficient, and ready for success
