We're looking for Sous Chefs who are passionate about great food, strong teamwork and creating memorable dining experiences.
At The Botanist York, you'll be a key part of the kitchen leadership team, supporting the Head Chef in delivering exceptional food while maintaining a positive and high‑performing kitchen culture.
You'll lead by example, support the development of your team and help ensure every service is delivered with consistency, quality and care.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the day-to-day leadership of the kitchen
- Maintaining food quality, consistency and presentation standards
- Coaching and developing kitchen team members
- Supporting stock control and food cost management

What We’re Looking For
