We’re on the lookout for a Bookings Coordinator to join our Botanist team. You don’t need any previous experience - if you have a warm, friendly personality and enjoy talking to people, this is perfect for you.
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for guests booking tables, private events, and special occasions across our restaurants. From answering calls to confirming bookings, you’ll make their experience easy and enjoyable.

What you’ll do:
  • Take inbound calls and enquiries, helping guests plan their visits.
  • Confirm bookings and share helpful information about our restaurants and policies.
  • Be the friendly voice guiding guests through their options.
  • Support with guest questions on social media and help resolve simple complaints.
  • Keep in touch with our restaurant teams to make sure bookings run smoothly.
  • Use our booking system (full training provided).
  • You’ll work closely with our site operations team and will be a go-to contact for our GMs
What we’re looking for:
  • A positive attitude and a genuine enjoyment of helping people.
  • A clear and friendly telephone manner.
  • Comfortable using a computer to a basic level
  • Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or sales is welcome but absolutely not essential.
