Overview
The Botanist Liverpool One is recruiting a Bar Back. We seek like-minded people who can help us entertain guests, prepare our food with a flourish, and serve with showmanship in our locations. The Bar Back role is the backbone of our bars, essential to the efficient running of front-of-house and bar operations, with guest experience at the heart of everything you do, whether behind the scenes or on the bar floor.
Responsibilities
- Assist bar teams and learn from them to develop your own skills.
- Support the bar to ensure smooth service and uphold our service standards.
- Contribute to creating engaging guest experiences and maintain bar efficiency.
