Fast Track Mortgage Adviser Academy (12 Month Commission Guarantee included)
An outstanding opportunity to commence a long‑term career in Financial Services, becoming a full‑time, fully employed, CII qualified Mortgage & Protection Adviser. Work is home‑based once you have completed your first 16 weeks of office‑based training.
Contract Basis
Full time, permanent, employed role.
Location
Initially office based for the first 11 weeks of training at our Academy Centre on Oxford Street, Manchester, followed by 5 weeks remote training. You will continue to be remote once qualified.
Salary & Commission
- During the first 16 weeks of training: basic salary £25,500 per annum.
- From month 4 to month 6: basic salary plus guaranteed commission £30,000 per annum.
- From month 7 to month 10: basic salary plus guaranteed commission £32,500 per annum.
- From month 10 to month 16: basic salary plus guaranteed commission £35,000 per annum.
- From month 17 onwards: £25,000 basic salary plus unlimited commission, with realistic OTE of £45,000+.
Post‑training Salary
Once your 16‑week training is complete, you will earn guaranteed additional monthly commission which will increase in tiered increments over the following 12 months. Once your guarantee ends you should expect realistic OTE of £50,000+ in your second full year.
CF1 & CF6
Full financial support provided to gain the CF1 & CF6 qualifications, including full provision for study materials and exam entry costs paid for.
Working Hours
During the 16‑week training period the hours will be 9:30 AM‑5:00 PM Monday to Friday. You will need to be available for the whole 16 weeks with no planned holidays. Post training, the working pattern will be a mix of 9AM‑6PM and 11AM‑8PM Monday to Friday, with no weekend or bank holiday work required.

Responsibilities
As a home‑based Mortgage and Protection Adviser, you will focus on delivering quality advice and sales to our customers. Your main activities will include contacting customers, securing appointments and progressing their mortgage and protection applications. The work of securing appointments and progressing applications is the sole remit of your dedicated Adviser Support Teams.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications
- Strong desire to work within the Financial Services industry, particularly in mortgages and protection.
- Recent graduation at 2:1 or higher or a strong track record in sales.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with outstanding communication and listening ability, able to explain complex information in clear, simple language.
- Extremely well organised, disciplined and structured approach to work.
- High competence in IT, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
