Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

The New Homes Group is the UK\’s leading new homes specialist, connecting housebuilders, lenders, and estate agents nationwide to help customers find their perfect new home. We are currently expanding our Mortgage Administration team and seeking motivated individuals to join us.
Mortgage Administrator Responsibilities
- As a Mortgage Administrator, you will play a key role in managing the mortgage process from application through to completion by:
- Liaising with customers, housebuilders, and solicitors to ensure timely progress and resolution of mortgage applications
- Performing compliance checks and managing mortgage offers efficiently
- Proactively following up on exchange and completion dates via telephone to maintain momentum and achieve deadlines
Required Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience essential, preferably in a telephone-based environment
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional telephone manner
- Motivated to deliver exceptional customer service and meet targets
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
