The Role
You will be responsible for confirming high-quality attendees for our events through outbound outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior executives (C-Suite, Director level) from global organisations.
- Understand event topics and target audience to ensure accurate and relevant delegate outreach.
- Generate delegate sales for live and bespoke events. (4 bookings per week)
- Use CRM tools to manage pipeline and ensure accurate reporting.
- Work collaboratively within a high-performing team, sharing insights and strategies.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in B2B event delegate sales.
- Excellent communication skills with a professional and confident telephone manner.
- Ability to engage with senior-level professionals and build rapport quickly.
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator (Essential), ZoomInfo, and Lusha.
- Highly proactive, target-driven, and resilient under pressure.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
