The Role

You will be responsible for confirming high-quality attendees for our events through outbound outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn.

  • Build and maintain relationships with senior executives (C-Suite, Director level) from global organisations.
  • Understand event topics and target audience to ensure accurate and relevant delegate outreach.
  • Generate delegate sales for live and bespoke events. (4 bookings per week)
  • Use CRM tools to manage pipeline and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Work collaboratively within a high-performing team, sharing insights and strategies.

  • Proven experience in B2B event delegate sales.
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional and confident telephone manner.
  • Ability to engage with senior-level professionals and build rapport quickly.
  • Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator (Essential), ZoomInfo, and Lusha.
  • Highly proactive, target-driven, and resilient under pressure.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
