Site Content Executive – responsible for planning and executing the MR PORTER global Trading Calendar and collaborating across buying, marketing, editorial, and regional teams to deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Own and maintain the global Trading Calendar, ensuring alignment with commercial priorities, seasonal campaigns, product launches, editorial features, and promotional activity.
  • Consider device type, customer group, and region to plan, communicate, and execute all content and trading activity on schedule.
  • Act as the central point of contact between Buying, Brand Marketing, and channel/regional teams, leading monthly planning and trading meetings to ensure exclusives, new brands, and pre‑launch activity are executed in line with investment levels and tiering strategy.
  • Work closely with editorial to plan and integrate relevant content within the customer journey.
  • Contribute to website migration and platform transformation, working with the tech team on content development, testing, and implementation of new features.
  • Produce weekly and monthly content performance reports (campaigns, brands, editorial) and identify actions to drive performance.
  • Provide input into campaign briefs and social shoots, and own on‑site campaign execution, collaborating with Visual Merchandising and Brand Campaigns to align product and fashion direction.
  • Deliver end‑of‑campaign reporting, documenting lessons learned for future campaigns.
  • Deputise for the Content Manager and support as requested.

  • Strong commercial and strategic acumen paired with creative flair.
  • In‑depth understanding of the global luxury consumer and retail landscapes across markets.
  • Proven track record in end‑to‑end project management and analytical skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with sharp attention to detail.
  • Highly computer‑literate with advanced knowledge of e‑commerce environments.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and liaison skills at all levels.
  • Strong work ethic, organisational skills, flexibility, and initiative.
