NET-A-PORTER are now seeking a talented Head of Brand Marketing to join the team. Some of the essentials for you to know are:

Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:

  • Lead the execution and amplification of 360° multichannel brand campaigns, key launches, partnerships, and awareness-driving initiatives across all customer touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling brand marketing concepts, pitches, campaigns, and innovative ideas that strengthen brand positioning.
  • Measure campaign performance against agreed KPIs, providing clear reporting and actionable insights to key stakeholders across the business.
  • Build and nurture brand loyalty through customer engagement initiatives, ensuring a consistent and impactful brand experience across all channels.
  • Partner closely with teams across the business, including Digital, Editorial Content, and Performance Marketing, to integrate brand strategy into all marketing activity and maximise campaign impact.
  • Identify and develop partnership opportunities that drive brand awareness and support key brand objectives, while managing relationships with external agencies where appropriate to deliver successful initiatives.
  • Manage the brand marketing budget, allocating resources effectively, while staying ahead of consumer trends, industry developments, and emerging opportunities to create innovative brand experiences, including immersive marketing, technology integrations, and new campaign amplification strategies.

  • Strong knowledge of consumer trends, culture, emerging technology, and new media, with the ability to drive innovation and identify progressive ways to communicate and engage with customers.
  • Highly strategic and analytical, capable of combining data, insight, and commercial understanding to develop rigorous marketing plans that deliver against objectives and KPIs.
  • A solution-focused leader with end-to-end ownership of campaigns, acting as a guardian of delivery from concept through to execution, measurement, and optimisation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with significant experience influencing and securing buy-in from senior stakeholders while collaborating effectively across all areas of the business.
  • Proven experience leading teams within fast-paced, complex, and multi-layered organisations, combining strong marketing, digital, leadership, and people management capabilities.
  • Demonstrated success managing global teams, budgets, deadlines, and large-scale marketing initiatives, with the ability to balance creative thinking, commercial acumen, financial management, and business priorities.
  • Broad expertise across multiple marketing channels and platforms, with a track record of delivering results at pace while maintaining professionalism and high emotional intelligence.
  • Experience within luxury fashion or lifestyle brands is preferred, with eCommerce experience desirable but not essential.
