As an early‑career finance professional, you will dig into the business numbers, build reports, support monthly close processes and uncover insights that help the business make better decisions.
Responsibilities
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly financial reports and support monthly board reporting.
- Support trade analysis – communicate insights against budgets and forecasts, provide variance analysis and highlight risks and opportunities.
- Challenge business assumptions with data‑driven recommendations that improve profitability.
- Build and maintain financial models to evaluate sales, margin and cost performance.
- Deliver accurate financial analysis to support Finance Business Partners and business decision‑making.
- Support budgeting, forecasting and planning processes.
- Deliver month‑end close activities, including preparation of accruals and correct cost recognition across cost centres.
Qualifications
- Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field (preferred).
- Strong Excel and analytical skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Ability to communicate financial information to non‑financial stakeholders.
- Interest in developing a career in commercial finance / finance business partnering.
