MR PORTER is a men’s luxury style destination. We are now seeking a talented Executive Assistant to support CEO Toby Bateman.
Responsibilities
- Calendar & Schedule Management
- Manage an active calendar of appointments, optimise the CEO’s schedule, and align it with company priorities.
- Meeting Preparation
- Gather agendas, briefing notes and research in advance; attend key meetings to take minutes, track action items and liaise with the wider team to meet deadlines.
- Travel & Logistics
- Coordinate complex domestic and international itineraries, including flights, visas, accommodation, and ground transport. Overlap and support logistics for the leadership team.
- Confidentiality & Discretion
- Handle sensitive corporate, financial and personal information with integrity; maintain filing systems and update records.
- Event Planning
- Conceive, plan and execute internal events (town halls, holiday parties, team‑building, community activities) with HR and other partners.
- Office Management
- Support the CEO with IT and executive support; greet guests, prepare meeting rooms and collaborate with Facilities to create a positive culture.
- Leadership Team Liaison
- Act as the operational glue for the leadership team, coordinate meetings, align agendas and ensure seamless communication across departments.

Qualifications
- Industry Experience
- Proven administrative background in the fashion or retail sector, supporting Executive Director level or above.
- Discretion & Integrity
- Highly professional, adept at handling sensitive corporate and personal information.
- Communication Skills
- Exceptional verbal and written English; confidence and diplomacy when dealing with stakeholders.
- Technical & Numerical Aptitude
- Advanced proficiency in Google Suite, excellent numeracy, and attention to financial detail.
- Organization & Initiative
- Highly organised, proactive, common sense, problem‑solving and meticulous.
- Resilience & Attitude
- Calm under pressure, positive reaction to challenges, good humour.
- Experience Level: Associate.
