Position Summary
Creative Services Project Manager – Brand Partnerships team
Location: London (Westfield Shepherds Bush)
Reporting to: Head of Operations, Marketing
Hours: 37.5 per week
Responsibilities
- Scope projects, manage budgets, plan timelines and assess risks from campaign conception through to final delivery.
- Cross‑discipline project management of global projects touching multiple teams within the company and external partners including production companies, photographers, talent, art direction, design, ad operations, tech, editorial, production, translations, buying and merchandising, and marketing.
- Communicate clearly to external clients on content, decisions, timings and project status.
- Own the overall content plan along with timings and deliverables.
- Ensure all creative projects are produced on‑brand and of the highest quality with a healthy profit margin.
- Capture requirements from multiple departments and ensure clear communication of stakeholder decisions, timings and status.
- Provide primary support to the Head of Brand Partnerships and Art Director.
Qualifications
- Proven Project Manager experience within marketing/creative environments.
- Strong problem‑solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Highly organised, detail‑oriented, deadline‑driven with excellent multitasking ability.
- Experience producing still and video shoots.
- Confident managing budgets and working with numbers.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Experience with luxury clients, multi‑platform campaigns, and mentoring team members.
