We are now recruiting an enthusiastic and experienced Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our growing team.

Youll work alongside a supportive and forward-thinking team that prioritises high-quality learning, child wellbeing, and continuous professional development.

The Role As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will: Provide safe, caring, and stimulating early years experiences in line with the EYFS 2025 framework .

Plan, deliver, and assess a rich curriculum tailored to meet the needs of individual children.

Promote childrens development through purposeful play, encouraging curiosity, independence, and confidence.

Maintain accurate and meaningful records, including learning journals and assessments.

Build strong, professional relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

Ensure safeguarding and health and safety policies are adhered to at all times.
