The Role

As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will

  • Provide safe, caring, and stimulating early years experiences in line with the EYFS 2025 framework.
  • Plan, deliver, and assess a rich curriculum tailored to meet the needs of individual children.
  • Promote childrens development through purposeful play, encouraging curiosity, independence, and confidence.
  • Maintain accurate and meaningful records, including learning journals and assessments.
  • Build strong, professional relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Ensure safeguarding and health and safety policies are adhered to at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with your room team and support the day-to-day running of your room.
  • What Were Looking For
  • Afull and relevant Level2 / 3 qualificationin Early Years (e. g. CACHE, NVQ, BTEC, or equivalent).
  • A Full Paediatric First Aid training preferred
  • At least1 year of experiencein an early years setting (preferred but not essential for outstanding candidates).
  • A sound understanding of the EYFS, child development, and safeguarding procedures.
  • A kind, nurturing, and professional approach with a genuine love for working with young children.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a collaborative team culture.
