The Role
As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will
- Provide safe, caring, and stimulating early years experiences in line with the EYFS 2025 framework.
- Plan, deliver, and assess a rich curriculum tailored to meet the needs of individual children.
- Promote childrens development through purposeful play, encouraging curiosity, independence, and confidence.
- Maintain accurate and meaningful records, including learning journals and assessments.
- Build strong, professional relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ensure safeguarding and health and safety policies are adhered to at all times.
- Work collaboratively with your room team and support the day-to-day running of your room.
- What Were Looking For
- Afull and relevant Level2 / 3 qualificationin Early Years (e. g. CACHE, NVQ, BTEC, or equivalent).
- A Full Paediatric First Aid training preferred
- At least1 year of experiencein an early years setting (preferred but not essential for outstanding candidates).
- A sound understanding of the EYFS, child development, and safeguarding procedures.
- A kind, nurturing, and professional approach with a genuine love for working with young children.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a collaborative team culture.
