Welcome to Little Nest Ltd, a brand-new, purpose-built nursery committed to providing a warm, nurturing, and stimulating environment where every child can flourish. We are now recruiting an enthusiastic and experienced Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a newly launched setting where your ideas, skills, and passion for early years education can truly shine. You will work alongside a supportive and forward-thinking team that prioritises high-quality learning, child wellbeing, and continuous professional development.
As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will:
- Provide safe, caring, and stimulating early years experiences in line with the EYFS 2025 framework.
- Plan, deliver, and assess a rich curriculum tailored to meet the needs of individual children.
- Build strong, professional relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ensure safeguarding and health and safety policies are adhered to at all times.
Requirements:
- A full and relevant Level 2/3 qualification in Early Years (e.g. A Full Paediatric First Aid training preferred).
- At least 1 year of experience in an early years setting (preferred but not essential for outstanding candidates).
- A sound understanding of the EYFS, child development, and safeguarding procedures.
- A kind, nurturing, and professional approach with a genuine love for working with young children.

Job Type: Permanent, Term-Time Only (Monday to Friday)
Working Hours: 25-40 hours per week between 7:30-6pm
