The Role
- Deliver high-quality online therapy to individuals and couples via secure platforms
- Support clients navigating: parenting stress, pregnancy and the postnatal period, fertility challenges, anxiety, identity shifts, trauma, and relationship strain
- Work within ethical guidelines (BACP, UKCP, HCPC, BABCP or equivalent)
- Maintain accurate, GDPR-compliant digital records and manage your diary independently
- Participate in group supervision (provided) and maintain your own external supervision
- Practise with empathy, rigour, and warmth, balancing professionalism with a human approach
- Be part of a collaborative, non-hierarchical team culture that values curiosity, creativity, and mutual care
- Contribute to the evolving ethos of The Nest Club, shaping how we support families, couples and individuals across the UK
What We’re Looking for in a Nest Club Therapist
- Qualified and Registered/Accredited with BACP, UKCP, NCS, BABCP, AFT or BPS
- Family, Perinatal and Couples Training - hugely beneficial, not a prerequisite
- Socially and Culturally Conscious – attuned to the impact of identity, systems, and culture on emotional wellbeing
- Safe and Ethical – in regular external supervision and aligned with best-practice standards
- Organised and Efficient – confident with online platforms, diary tools, and clinical note-taking
- Properly Insured and Cleared – holding public liability insurance and an Enhanced DBS certificate
- Relational and Reflective – able to build genuine therapeutic rapport online and hold complexity with care
