The Nest Campus is co-founded by Jonathan Weiner with a proven record of building category-defining events, alongside Stefan Weitz, a former Microsoft executive with nearly two decades of experience leading billion-user technologies including Bing.com, bringing deep expertise in AI, cybersecurity and digital platforms.
We're looking for a driven Recruitment Lead to build and grow our community of senior decision-makers and investors across the resilience ecosystem. You'll own buyer and investor acquisition for our Nest Connect and Venture Connect programs — managing pipeline, hitting targets, and nurturing relationships that extend well beyond event week.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead recruitment of C-suite buyers and senior VCs/investors, aligning them with relevant ecosystem opportunities
- Manage pipeline from outreach through event delivery, maintaining accurate CRM records
- Execute multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone, in-person) and develop new engagement campaigns
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, content, sales, and operations
- Represent The Nest Campus at industry events and build long-term community advocacy
What You Bring:
- 8+ years in sales, business development, or buyer/investor recruitment
- Proven success managing high-volume pipelines and engaging senior stakeholders
- Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Apollo), LinkedIn Navigator, and email sequencing platforms
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven performance tracking
- Entrepreneurial, relationship-first mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for climate, resilience, or innovation ecosystems is a plus
