Salary: From £24,500 per annum pro rata

Location: Brimscombe, Stroud

Hours: 16 hours, 8am to 4.30pm alternate weekends on a fixed rota

Pension: Auto enrolment pension (6% employer contribution)

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the safety, support and wellbeing of clients during weekends.
  • Engage with clients, providing support and motivation to navigate their recovery journey.
  • Coordinate weekend activities, oversee client visits and collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective coverage and support.
  • Play a vital role in continuing the treatment program for clients.
