Overview

Job Title: Weekend Support Worker – Residential Services (Women’s Service)

Salary: From £24,500 per annum pro rata

Location: Brimscombe, Stroud

Hours: 16 hours, 8am to 4.30pm, alternate weekends on a fixed rota

Pension: Auto enrolment pension (6% employer contribution)

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the safety, support, and wellbeing of clients during weekends.
  • Engage with clients to provide support and motivation on their recovery journey.
  • Coordinate weekend activities and oversee client visits.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective coverage and support.
  • Continue the treatment program for clients; be approachable, supportive and responsive.
