The Nelson Trust is seeking a compassionate Women's Recovery Keyworker to join our Women's Community Services team, delivering trauma-informed, woman-centred support for women affected by substance misuse across Bath, Bristol and the wider BaNES area. This 35-hour-per-week role is based at Bristol Women's Centre with community-based outreach.
You will manage a caseload of women, deliver tailored practical and emotional support, complete assessments and develop strengths-based plans.
