Are you passionate about making a difference? Do you have experience in leadership and a heart for helping others? The Nelson Trust is looking for a dynamic and dedicated Support Team Lead to join our mission of transforming lives.

Compensation & Working Hours

  • Salary: £30,500 per annum
  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week including bank holidays
  • Pension: Auto enrolment pension (6% employer contribution)

What You\’ll Do

  • Lead and inspire the support team to deliver exceptional care.
  • Oversee client care plans and provide guidance across various domains.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain health and safety standards.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.

What We\’re Looking For

  • Experience in residential addiction treatment.
  • Experience and knowledge of CQC governance.
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills.
  • Compassionate and hands‑on approach to client support.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and external agencies.
