Are you passionate about making a difference? Do you have experience in leadership and a heart for helping others? The Nelson Trust is looking for a dynamic and dedicated Support Team Lead to join our mission of transforming lives.
Compensation & Working Hours
- Salary: £30,500 per annum
- Hours: 37.5 hours per week including bank holidays
- Pension: Auto enrolment pension (6% employer contribution)
What You\’ll Do
- Lead and inspire the support team to deliver exceptional care.
- Oversee client care plans and provide guidance across various domains.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain health and safety standards.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.
What We\’re Looking For
- Experience in residential addiction treatment.
- Experience and knowledge of CQC governance.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Compassionate and hands‑on approach to client support.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and external agencies.
