The Nelson Trust is looking for new recruits to join our Substance Misuse 90 Day Traineeship. This is an exciting opportunity to enter a meaningful career in the substance misuse sector in Gloucestershire. Working alongside a dedicated team of experts, your work could make a real difference to people living with substance misuse problems in Gloucestershire.
You do not need relevant work experience; this comprehensive 90-day, paid training course provides the skills and support you need to succeed in this sector.
- Face-to-face training sessions with subject matter experts

At the end of your 90-day program, we will celebrate your success with you and your peers; and at this point you will be guaranteed an interview for any appropriate role that you wish to apply for across our partnership agencies. The rest is up to you!
This training opportunity pays 'permitted earnings'. This means you can earn up to £195.50 per week whilst training, without affecting any statutory benefits you are in receipt of. Please check with your Work Coach for your own specific circumstances.
