Join The Nelson Trust and help shape our men’s trauma‑informed residential service. We’re looking for an energetic, compassionate leader to oversee day‑to‑day operations, support clients in recovery, and lead a small team making a real impact.
What you’ll do:
- Lead, support and develop a team
- Oversee daily operations, rotas and service delivery in our men’s residential treatment service
- Hold a small caseload and support clients’ recovery journeys
- Ensure a safe, trauma‑responsive, CQC‑compliant environment
- Drive service improvement and innovation
What we are looking for:
- Experience in a residential addiction setting
- Experience supervising or developing staff
- Strong understanding of safeguarding & trauma‑informed practice
- Excellent communication & IT skills
- NVQ Level 3 (or willingness to work towards)
- Full driving licence & access to a vehicle
