Base pay range:
Location: Brimscombe, Stroud
Hours: 16 per week (with some evenings/weekends)
Salary: £23,500 per annum pro rata
Holidays: 25 days + statutory pro rata
Pension: 6% employer contribution
We’ll be looking for a caring, reliable Driver to join our Residential Services team. You’ll play a vital role in helping clients access the very best opportunities for long‑term recovery.
What You’ll Do
- Safely transport clients to appointments, including GP, hospital, and prescription collections.
- Meet, greet, and welcome new clients, helping them feel at ease.
- Deliver crisis interventions and practical support as needed.
- Build positive relationships that encourage engagement with treatment.
- Carry out weekly safety checks on vehicles and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Support our team by assisting different departments as directed.
What We’re Looking For
- Full, clean driving licence (Category D1 for minibus driving is a plus).
- Experience in a residential setting is desirable.
- Strong understanding of safeguarding procedures.
- First aid and health & safety awareness.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to build supportive relationships with clients.
