Base pay range:

Location: Brimscombe, Stroud

Hours: 16 per week (with some evenings/weekends)

Salary: £23,500 per annum pro rata

Holidays: 25 days + statutory pro rata

Pension: 6% employer contribution

We’ll be looking for a caring, reliable Driver to join our Residential Services team. You’ll play a vital role in helping clients access the very best opportunities for long‑term recovery.

What You’ll Do

  • Safely transport clients to appointments, including GP, hospital, and prescription collections.
  • Meet, greet, and welcome new clients, helping them feel at ease.
  • Deliver crisis interventions and practical support as needed.
  • Build positive relationships that encourage engagement with treatment.
  • Carry out weekly safety checks on vehicles and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Support our team by assisting different departments as directed.

What We’re Looking For

  • Full, clean driving licence (Category D1 for minibus driving is a plus).
  • Experience in a residential setting is desirable.
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding procedures.
  • First aid and health & safety awareness.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to build supportive relationships with clients.
