Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of women involved with the Criminal Justice System? We\’re looking for a dynamic and dedicated Senior Criminal Justice Project Worker to join our team at the Bridgwater Women’s Centre.

Base pay range

£27,000 – £29,000, dependent on experience.

What We Offer

  • Salary: £27,000 – £29,000, dependent on experience.
  • Hours: Full time – 35 hours per week (part-time considered).

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience: At least 2 years of working with women with multiple complex needs (MCN) and experience in developing partnerships with local organisations.
  • Skills: Ability to undertake needs assessments, maintain risk assessments, and design and deliver support plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of women’s multiple and complex needs, such as domestic abuse and substance misuse.
  • Attributes: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to engage with women who may find it difficult to access services, and a commitment to extending professional competence.
  • Car driver: With a full driving licence, access to a vehicle, and a willingness to travel.

Due to the nature of the work carried out in our Women’s Centres this role is restricted to female applicants only in accordance with the provisions of the occupational requirement (Equality Act 2010, pursuant to Schedule 9, Part 1).
