The Nelson Trust is seeking a compassionate Custody Engagement & Diversion Keyworker for the One Wales service in Newport. You will identify, triage and support women and young adults (18-25) in custody and in the community to access the right services at the right time.
This role requires trauma-informed practice, strong communication, and the ability to work across police custody, community locations, and partner agencies. Weekend rota and travel may be required; enhanced DBS and vetting apply.
