Base Pay & Details

  • Position: Maintenance Operative
  • Hours: 35 hours per week (flexible)
  • Salary: Β£24,000 per annum
  • Location: Stroud

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general building DIY and maintenance tasks.
  • Conduct regular checks and assessments.
  • Collaborate with team members and liaise with site managers.
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience in property maintenance.
  • Knowledge of various maintenance issues and building techniques.
  • Commitment to the values of the Nelson Trust.
  • Positive, flexible, and team-oriented attitude.
