The Nelson Trust is seeking a dedicated Peer Mentor Coordinator to expand our peer support for women in the Gloucester Women’s Community Services team. You will recruit, train, supervise and match Peer Mentors, enabling women to support others using lived experience within a trauma-informed, gender-specific framework.
This role offers up to 28 hours per week, with a salary of £27,000–£28,000 pro rata. Applicants must have a full driving licence and be willing to travel between locations.
