Join The Nelson Trust and help shape our men's trauma-informed residential service. We're looking for an energetic, compassionate leader to oversee day-to-day operations, support clients in recovery, and lead a small team making a real impact.
Responsibilities
- Lead, support and develop a team
- Oversee daily operations, rotas and service delivery in our men's residential treatment service
- Hold a small caseload and support clients' recovery journeys
- Ensure a safe, trauma-responsive, CQC-compliant environment
- Drive service improvement and innovation
Qualifications
- Experience in a residential addiction setting
- Experience supervising or developing staff
- Strong understanding of safeguarding & trauma-informed practice
- Excellent communication & IT skills
- NVQ Level 3 (or willingness to work towards)
- Full driving licence & access to a vehicle
