Join The Nelson Trust and help shape our men's trauma-informed residential service. We're looking for an energetic, compassionate leader to oversee day-to-day operations, support clients in recovery, and lead a small team making a real impact.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, support and develop a team
  • Oversee daily operations, rotas and service delivery in our men's residential treatment service
  • Hold a small caseload and support clients' recovery journeys
  • Ensure a safe, trauma-responsive, CQC-compliant environment
  • Drive service improvement and innovation

Qualifications

  • Experience in a residential addiction setting
  • Experience supervising or developing staff
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding & trauma-informed practice
  • Excellent communication & IT skills
  • NVQ Level 3 (or willingness to work towards)
  • Full driving licence & access to a vehicle
