Within our residential women’s service in Stroud, we offer trauma‑informed care in a structured, supportive environment where recovery can begin and lives can be rebuilt.

We are looking for Bank Recovery Support Workers to join our team, providing flexible, compassionate support to women in residential treatment as part of a wider, supportive team.
What does that look like day to day?
- Supporting everyday needs such as housing, finances and health, helping build stability beyond treatment
- Encouraging engagement with the recovery programme and offering consistent support day to day
- Providing a visible, reassuring presence across the residential houses
- Responding calmly to challenges, including offering support in moments of crisis or distress
- Supporting with practical tasks such as medication, appointments and transport when required
