The Nehemiah Project is seeking a compassionate Referrals Practitioner to meet with applicants onsite in Streatham, Croydon and Clapham.
You will conduct initial assessments, explain the programme and help visitors begin their recovery journey with warmth and professionalism.
You will build relationships with referral partners, coordinate admissions and safeguarding, and collaborate with our team to ensure a welcoming, fair admissions process that strengthens our recovery community.
