We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Clinical Director / Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee and enhance the quality of our residential and center-based programs for adults with developmental disabilities, with a primary focus on Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This role provides an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by leading clinical services and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based interventions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment and behavior support plans for an assigned caseload.
  • Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to evaluate progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
  • Provide training, support, and feedback to Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to help manage challenging behaviors and teach appropriate replacement behaviors.
  • Perform Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and Functional Analyses (FA) for individuals exhibiting challenging behaviors.
  • Analyze data to evaluate program effectiveness, recommend improvements, and ensure continued progress.
