About The Ned:
The Ned and Ned’s Club are a global collection of hotels, clubs, spas, and restaurants for like-minded individuals to meet, work and have a good time.
The Ned launched in 2017 in the heart of the City, in the former Midland Bank headquarters. The Ned City of London houses Ned’s Club – a private members’ space, gym and rooftop – alongside a public spa, a whole floor of event spaces, ten restaurants and bars and 250 hotel bedrooms.
Responsibilities:
Reporting into the restaurant management team and as the friendly face of the guest experience you will:
- Be the main point of contact for your guests’ entire visit, tailoring your service to deliver the exceptional experiences that The Ned is known for
- Using your unrivalled knowledge of our menus, you’ll answer all guests queries and provide recommendations to make sure every guest receives the perfect meal
- Even when not directly interacting with our guests you will be in full view so you will always be impeccably presented, delivering a slick operation, all with a friendly and open energy
- Be the last guardian of food and drink quality and presentation, never letting anything lower than Ned standards reach our guests
- Maintain a safe and clean restaurant environment, protecting our guests and your teammates from any possible harm
- Shifts vary between an 0700 start and a late finish, depending on the restaurant
