At The Ned, we have restaurants in almost every cuisine, from pan-Asian to American diner, and Italian to fine dining.
What will you be doing?
- A management position in our kitchens, you’ll be working with the Senior Sous Chef and Head Chef to lead the team in the production of our food, compiling the daily mise en place, and ensuring that all food is cooked and presented to our exceptional Ned standards.
- You’ll be managing, supporting, and developing our kitchen teams whilst creating a great place to work.
- A mainstay of our kitchen team, you’ll be preparing all meat, fish, poultry, and vegetables.
- Some of our restaurants showcase our food in displays, and you’ll be part of the team preparing these.
- Attention to detail is key, so you’ll clean and maintain all kitchen areas to the best health and safety standards and report any shortcomings.
